Terms & Conditions
1. Service Scope
Our standard pool cleaning service includes skimming, vacuuming, brushing, emptying baskets, and balancing chemicals as needed. Any additional work, such as equipment repairs, deep cleaning, or algae treatments, will be quoted separately.
2. Scheduling & Access
Services are scheduled weekly/biweekly (or as agreed upon). Clients must provide clear access to the pool area. If we are unable to access the property, the service will be skipped, and no refund will be issued.
3. Weather Policy
We operate in most weather conditions. However, severe weather (lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions) may delay or reschedule your service. In such cases, we’ll do our best to notify you and reschedule promptly.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in paused service until the account is brought current. A late fee may apply after 10 days.
5. Water Chemistry & Equipment
While we aim to maintain proper water chemistry, factors such as weather, heavy use, or malfunctioning equipment can affect pool conditions between visits. We are not liable for issues resulting from equipment failure or water imbalances beyond our scheduled visits.
6. Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or to skip a scheduled service. Repeated cancellations or skipped visits may result in adjusted pricing or termination of service.
7. Crystal Clear Commitment
If you’re not satisfied with your pool cleaning, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right—at no extra charge.
8. Liability
We are fully insured and take great care in servicing your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues caused by faulty equipment or unsafe pool conditions.
